You will handle complex inquiries related to authentication, pricing, and policies via phone, chat, and email, contributing to client satisfaction and the overall FASHIONPHILE experience.

This role requires a strong customer-first mindset, excellent communication, and the ability to multitask.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury customer service or premium e-commerce preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to explain complex topics clearly and professionally.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends/evenings.

Responsibilities

• Deliver luxury-level concierge support via phone, chat, and email.
• Assist with authentication, pricing, and company policies.
