• Commission sales experience
• Previous retail experience
• Associates must be willing to work a flexible schedule based on business need, including evenings, weekends and holidays
• Comfortable working in a remote environment

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting and approaching customers
• Exceed customer expectations by providing assistance
• Recommend merchandise based on product knowledge and customer preferences
• Be knowledgeable and educate self and others on merchandise
• Demonstrate timely follow-up on customer requests and commitments

• Effectively use available clientele tools to increase personal business
• Advise customers of benefits of the InCircle program
• Develop long-term customer relationships
• Help maintain visual and merchandise presentation standards on the selling floor
