Insurance Office of America, Inc. is seeking a Personal Lines High Net Worth Producer to drive new business growth within IOA's Private Client Group.

You will develop relationships with affluent individuals, families, and centers of influence, delivering customized insurance and risk management solutions for luxury homes and high-value assets. Responsibilities include building a pipeline, nurturing centers of influence, and collaborating across divisions to provide concierge-level service while

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty License required.
• 5+ years of Personal Lines insurance experience (High Net Worth/Private Client preferred).
• Proven success in business development through networking, referrals and CI.
• Strong referral network with wealth advisors, attorneys, CPAs, and real estate professionals.
• Experience advising on complex personal insurance programs and high-value assets.
• Excellent consultative sales, relationship-building, communication and presentation skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset to build long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to acquire new High Net Worth and Private Client relationships.
• Build, maintain, and actively manage a pipeline of qualified prospects.
• Cultivate Centers of Influence to generate new business opportunities.
• Assess lifestyle exposures and recommend customized insurance solutions.
• Analyze high-value assets and properties to identify risks and coverage gaps.
• Develop and maintain long-term client relationships through responsive service.
• Deliver concierge-level client experience in collaboration with internal service teams.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities with Commercial Insurance, Employee Benefits, Wealth Management.
• Represent IOA at industry and community events to expand visibility.
• Leverage LinkedIn and professional networks to build credibility.
• Collaborate with carrier partners for customized coverage strategies.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of private client products and market trends.
