TheRealReal is seeking a Vendor Pricing Specialist to own day-to-day pricing across our luxury categories. You will support line sheet pricing, conduct pricing analysis, and provide insights to drive supply while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.

This role is fully remote in the U.S. and requires 2–3+ years in merchandising or planning, strong Excel skills, and a data-driven mindset to inform pricing decisions and collaborate with Vendor and Merchandising teams.

Qualifikationen

• 2-3+ years in merchandising, planning or related field.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for luxury retail pricing and market research.
• Proficient in Excel; experience with G Suite a plus.
• Self-starter with attention to detail and data-driven mindset.
• Ability to collaborate across multiple teams.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.

Aufgaben

• Execute pricing for virtual vendor line sheets with accuracy.
• Analyze data to evaluate and implement pricing strategies based on current business and competitive dynamics.
• Collaborate daily with Vendor and Merchandising teams to identify opportunities and meet financial plans.
• Respond to pricing inquiries with thorough research and product knowledge.
• Monitor user feedback to inform pricing decisions.
