Exemplar Luxury Group is seeking a Product Procurement Specialist to support stylists by sourcing merchandise across channels and coordinating with stores, transfers, and vendor resources. Qualifications

• 1–3 years in a luxury retail environment.
• Knowledge of product flow, inventory and vendor relations.
• Ability to support and collaborate with high-performing sellers.

Responsibilities

• Source merchandise in-store to meet stylist and client needs via transfers, Options 7s, and shipping.
• Build relationships with in-store concession teams to source priority products.
• Collaborate with store managers, operations and loss prevention to ensure efficient transactions and timely transfers.
• Navigate internal systems and maintain in-store inventory knowledge for real-time solutions.
• Own product requests from initiation to fulfillment with seller updates.
• Inform stylists of specialty capsules, trunk shows, and new product launches with guidelines and images.
