Soho House & Co is seeking a remote, entry‑level Soho Support Coordinator to join our global member services team. You will be the first point of contact for members, handling inquiries from restaurant bookings to invoices and private hire opportunities.

This role emphasizes exceptional verbal and written English, privacy, and a proactive mindset. Based in the Miami area, you will support Houses in New York and Los Angeles, travel for onboarding as needed, and work across a 40‑hour week with

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury hospitality or premium service
• Proven ability to meet KPIs and SLAs
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Knowledge of GDPR and data protection
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce) and reservation platforms (OpenTable)

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for members via phone and email
• Respond quickly to queries and maintain department KPIs
• Provide proactive, solutions‑oriented service to a global membership
• Handle membership admin, club/restaurant inquiries and event needs
• Own member queries from contact to resolution, ensuring a personal touch
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve service
• Identify opportunities to enhance processes and member experiences
