Job summary

Soho House is seeking a remote, entry-level member services professional to join Soho Support. You will assist members with inquiries, reservations, invoices, and private hire discussions, delivering a high-touch experience for a global membership.

This 6-month seasonal contract requires 40 hours per week across varied shifts, with onboarding in the Miami area. You will work in a fast-paced, service-driven environment, collaborating with teams across multiple Houses and regions.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury hospitality or premium customer service.
• Proven ability to meet KPIs/SLAs and handle high-volume inquiries.
• Excellent English communication, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of GDPR and data protection principles.

Responsibilities

• Act as a warm, professional first point of contact for Soho House members via phone and email.
• Respond to member queries promptly, meeting or exceeding SLAs and KPIs.
• Deliver proactive, solutions-focused service to a global membership.
• Manage membership administration, club/restaurant inquiries, and general support for New York and Los Angeles houses.
• Own member queries from initial contact through resolution with a personalised experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve service delivery.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and member experience.
