Job summary
Soho House is seeking a friendly Soho Support Coordinator to join our member services team. You will assist members with reservations, invoices, private hire queries, and general support for Houses in New York and Los Angeles, while based remotely in the Miami area.
In this role you’ll provide warm, professional service via phone and email, meet KPIs, uphold GDPR standards, and collaborate with internal teams to improve member experiences. Training and equipment are provided.
Qualifications
- Experience in luxury hospitality or premium customer service.
- Proven ability to meet KPIs and SLAs.
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM.
- Fast-paced, target-driven team environment.
- Excellent verbal and written English.
- Understanding of GDPR and data protection.
Responsibilities
- Be the first contact for Soho House members by phone and email.
- Respond to queries promptly, meeting departmental KPIs.
- Provide proactive, solutions-focused service to a global membership.
- Handle membership admin, restaurant enquiries, and general support.
- Own member queries from contact to resolution.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery.
- Identify opportunities to enhance processes and member experience.
