• Understanding of front-of-house, culinary, and management roles in luxury hospitality.
• Experience using LinkedIn and other online tools for proactive candidate sourcing.
• Excellent attention to detail and maintaining accurate records.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Hospitality Recruiter (Remote) - EVOC Hospitality Collection, Naples, Florida

We are an expanding luxury hospitality group based in Naples, Florida, dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences across our portfolio, including Sails Restaurant, Butcher Private, Omasava, The Cellar, and our forthcoming concept, Sava.

The Hospitality Recruiter will research, identify, and attract exceptional hospitality professionals through targeted sourcing and direct outreach. Working closely with the Head of Talent Acquisition, this role will build a strong pipeline of talent, primarily from Forbes Five-Star hotels and Michelin-starred restaurants, to support our continued expansion.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Research and Identification

• Research luxury hotels, Michelin-starred restaurants, and other leading hospitality establishments to identify potential candidates;
• Proactively source hospitality professionals through LinkedIn, industry websites, professional networks, and other relevant channels;
• Research candidates’ backgrounds, career progression, and experience to assess their relevance to our opportunities;
• Develop and maintain talent maps and candidate lists for current vacancies and future recruitment needs;
• Identify new sourcing channels and research methods to reach exceptional talent.

Targeted Outreach and Pipeline Development

• Prepare and send personalised outreach messages to prospective candidates;
• Manage outreach campaigns and follow-up activity to generate interest in opportunities within the group;
• Build a consistent pipeline of relevant candidates for the Head of Talent Acquisition;
• Flag interested candidates promptly and ensure a smooth handover for further communication and assessment;
• Track outreach activity and responses, refining sourcing approaches to improve results.
• Maintain accurate, organised, and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS);
• Record candidate research, contact details, outreach activity, and responses;
• Keep candidate profiles and recruitment pipelines organised;
• Monitor data quality, avoid duplicate records, and ensure relevant information is readily available;
• Provide regular updates on sourcing activity, outreach results, and pipeline progress.

Candidate Requirements

• Exceptional written English communication skills, with the ability to produce polished, personalised outreach messages;
• Experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, or executive search within hospitality;
• Strong knowledge of the luxury hospitality sector, particularly Forbes Five-Star hotels and Michelin-starred restaurants;
• Understanding of front‑of‑house, culinary, and management roles within luxury hospitality;
• Strong research skills and the ability to identify suitable talent beyond active job applicants;
• Experience using LinkedIn and other online tools for proactive candidate sourcing;
• Excellent attention to detail and confidence maintaining accurate records;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Further Details

• The successful candidate will be engaged as a self‑employed contractor and will be responsible for managing and paying their own taxes, social contributions, and any other local obligations in their country of residence;
• Payment will be made monthly in U.S. dollars (USD), based on submitted invoices;
• The successful candidate must be available to work in alignment with U.S. Eastern Time (Florida hours).
