Five Iron Golf is seeking a Social Recruiter to own full-cycle hiring for our hospitality teams across the company's venues nationwide. You’ll recruit for back of house, front of house, and leadership positions, coordinating with venue leaders to fill roles quickly.

This full-time, salaried, remote role prefers NYC-based candidates and requires travel to venues as needed. You'll partner with GMs and operations teams to build pipelines and ensure a standout candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in hospitality or multi-unit entertainment.
• Experience recruiting both hourly FOH/BOH staff and salaried leaders.
• Comfort managing 30+ open requisitions across markets and time zones.
• Working knowledge of restaurant operations and chef language.
• Strong organization with focus on start dates and handoffs.
• Discretion handling confidential searches and candidate data.
• Proficiency with ATS (Paylocity, Harri, Workday) and Google Workspace/Excel.
• Clear, warm communication with candidates and leaders at all levels.
• Willingness to travel to venues for openings and events.

Responsabilités

• Own the hiring pipeline coast to coast across 40+ venues.
• Write and post listings; source candidates via boards, social media, referrals.
• Screen candidates, schedule interviews, coordinate meetings with leaders.
• Run reference checks and extend competitive offers.
• Lead confidential searches for General Managers and AGMs.
• Manage outside agencies when additional reach is needed.
• Plan onboarding with rotations at sister venues.
