Intentional Luxury Bish is seeking a Part-Time Creator Operations & Executive Assistant to support the founder by building scalable processes across affiliate commerce, product management, and content-driven revenue streams. This role is not content creation; it focuses on operations, not on generating content.

This is a fast-paced, remote position with some overlap to US Eastern Time. Expect about 10–15 hours weekly at a competitive hourly rate, with potential to grow as the business scales.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in creator operations, executive assistance, digital marketing, e-commerce, or a similar role.
• Strong proficiency with Google Workspace and spreadsheets.
• Excellent written English and organizational skills.
• Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines independently.
• Comfortable working remotely and communicating asynchronously.

Responsabilidades

• Affiliate Commerce & Product Management: create, organize, and maintain affiliate links and product collections in ShopMy; research product availability, pricing, promotions, and alternative retailers.
• Analytics & Business Operations: track weekly performance across affiliate revenue, brand partnerships, and subscriptions; maintain dashboards for clicks, conversions, sales, and content performance.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, trackers, and repeatable workflows; handle miscellaneous administrative tasks as needed.
