The RealReal, Inc. is seeking an autonomous Luxury Sales Specialist to join our field-based team.

This role operates on a 100% commission model, empowering you to monetize your existing network of high-net-worth clients and luxury contacts while offering flexibility to work remotely across the United States. As a premier brand ambassador, you will source high-value consignments, manage client relationships with white-glove service, and coordinate logistics for item authentication and shipment.

Qualifikationen

• Previous experience in personal styling, luxury retail sales, real estate, interior design, or high-end public relations.

Aufgaben

• Monetize your existing network by sourcing high-quality luxury consignments from VIP contacts, stylists, personal shoppers and affluent individuals.
• Maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with high net worth clients through a personalized, white-glove service.
• Develop and execute outreach strategies to bring in high-end consignments and cultivate deeper client relationships.
• Coordinate pickup, valuation, and shipment of luxury items to authentication centers.
• Leverage a robust personal and professional network to generate recurring, high-value consignments.
