Munich Reinsurance America, Inc. is seeking a director with deep Long-Term Care claims expertise to shape the future of our LTC business.

This executive role drives vision, growth strategy, market presence and client engagement for Munich Re's LTC line of business. The Director will be the LTC claims SME, advisor to leadership and clients, and will build capabilities, monitor trends and deliver innovative solutions to strengthen Munich Re's leadership in the LTC market.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive Long-Term Care experience with deep LTC claims expertise.
• Recognized LTC industry expertise with success influencing claim management direction.
• Experience in reinsurance, insurance, consulting or healthcare-related orgs with LTC exposure.
• Experience building or transforming LTC programs, functions, products or business lines.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of Munich Re's Long-Term Care claim management strategy.
• Serve as enterprise-wide LTC claim and market SME to leadership and clients.
• Identify LTC market trends, regulatory developments and client needs to inform priorities.
• Develop claim and risk monitoring initiatives to drive profitable growth and client value.
• Partner with underwriting, claims, pricing and product development to strengthen LTC value proposition.
• Build frameworks, tools and resources for leading LTC claim management.
