Munich Re in Atlanta seeks a trusted Long-Term Care (LTC) industry leader to shape the future of our LTC business. This strategic director role drives vision, growth, market presence and client engagement for Munich Re’s LTC line.

As the LTC claim SME, you will advise executives, develop capabilities, monitor risks and push initiatives that create value for clients and Munich Re. A leadership profile with cross-functional collaboration is essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Long-Term Care with LTC claims and risk assessment.
• Proven ability to influence claim management direction and outcomes.
• Experience in reinsurance, insurance, consulting or healthcare with LTC exposure.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of LTC claim management strategy.
• Act as enterprise LTC claim and market SME to leadership.
• Identify trends, regulatory developments, and inform strategic priorities.
• Develop risk monitoring initiatives for profitable growth and client value.
• Partner across underwriting, claims, pricing and product development.
