Genworth seeks a Long Term Care Actuary to join the Controllership Oversight team. You will govern LTC models, assess data and processes, and design controls to meet professional standards across valuation, projections, and experience.

You will focus on the valuation and inforce rate action teams with potential expansion to projections and data analytics, providing peer reviews and analysis as needed to support governance.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, statistics, actuarial science, finance, or related field.
• Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA) or ASA with commensurate experience.
• 5+ years of relevant actuarial experience, preferably LTC.
• Ability to meet project deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of actuarial processes: valuation, projections, and experience.
• Results oriented and ownership of projects.

Responsabilidades

• Review existing controls for key high-risk processes and make improvement recommendations.
• Collaborate with Operations and IT on administration system and data issues and controls.
• Provide governance peer review support for the development and enhancement of LTC actuarial models and processes.
