Genworth is seeking a Long Term Care Actuary to join the Controllership Oversight team and govern LTC models, data, and controls. This role focuses on valuation, projections, and experience analyses, with governance duties over model development and peer reviews.

You will partner with Operations and IT, support high-risk process controls, and lead cross-functional efforts to ensure compliance with standards and regulatory requirements.

Competenze

• BS/BA degree in mathematics, statistics, actuarial science, business/finance, or related major.
• Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA) or ASA with commensurate experience.
• 5+ years of actuarial experience, preferably LTC.
• Ability to meet project deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of actuarial processes: valuation, projections, and experience.
• Results oriented, accountable for performance and ownership of projects.

• Review existing controls for key high-risk processes and recommend improvements.
