Genworth is seeking a Long Term Care Actuary, Controllership Oversight, to join the LTC Model Governance and Controllership team. You will become expert on LTC models, data and process flows, guiding controls to ensure compliance with company standards.

Your focus will be on valuation and inforce rate action teams, with expansion to projections, experience and data analytics. You will support model peer reviews and provide analysis as needed.

Qualificações

• Must have degree in mathematics, statistics, actuarial science or related field.
• FSA or ASA designation or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of actuarial experience, preferably LTC.
• Ability to meet project deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of valuation, projections and experience in actuarial processes.
• Results oriented with ownership of projects.

Responsabilidades

• Review existing controls for high-risk processes and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with Operations and IT on system and data issues and controls.
• Provide governance peer review support for LTC actuarial models and processes.
