Genworth is seeking a Long Term Care Actuary to join the Controllership Oversight team, focusing on governance of LTC models, data, and processes. You will advise on controls to ensure compliance with company standards and actuarial professional guidelines.

You will collaborate with valuation, projections, and experience analysis teams, review high-risk controls, and work with Operations and IT to resolve data issues. A BS/BA and FSA or ASA plus 5+ years LTC actuarial experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• BS/BA Degree in mathematics, statistics, actuarial science, business/finance, or related major.
• Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA) or Associate (ASA) with commensurate experience.
• 5+ years actuarial experience, preferably LTC.
• Ability to meet project deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of valuation, projections, and experience analyses.
• Results-oriented with ownership mindset.
