Genworth is seeking a Long Term Care Actuary to join the Controllership Oversight team. You will govern LTC models, data flows, and controls to ensure compliance with company standards and actuarial professionalism. The role centers on valuation, projections, and experience analyses.

You will support model governance by performing peer reviews and collaborating with operations and IT. Remote US options available within Eastern/Central time zones, with growth into broader LTC processes.

Competenze

• BS/BA Degree in mathematics, statistics, actuarial science, business/finance, or related major.
• Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA) designation or ASA with commensurate experience.
• 5+ years of relevant actuarial experience, preferably LTC insurance.
• Ability to meet project deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of actuarial processes: valuation, projections, and experience.
• Results oriented, accountable for performance, and willingness to take ownership of projects.

Mansioni

• Review existing controls for key high-risk processes and make improvement recommendations
• Collaborate with Operations and IT on administration system and data issues and controls
• Provide governance peer review support for the development and enhancement of LTC actuarial models and processes
