Job summary

Spring Health is hiring licensed therapists to deliver psychotherapy through an AI-enabled platform. You will support clients with supervision from a LISW-S in Ohio, while maintaining logs and notes and collaborating with the care teams.

This role offers a flexible schedule and the ability to work remotely from anywhere in the US with a private space and reliable internet. You should hold an active Ohio LSW, be eligible for LISW-S supervision, and have a CSWE-accredited MSW.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted LSW license in Ohio.
• Eligible to practice psychotherapy under supervision with a LISW-S in Ohio.
• Master's degree in social work from CSWE-accredited program or candidacy.
• Proficient with Zoom and online therapy delivery.
• Experience with evidence-based modalities: CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT, CPT.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychotherapy to clients via AI-enabled platform.
• Maintain accurate work-experience logs and complete quarterly reviews.
• Work independently within license boundaries while seeking supervision as needed.
• Set and manage an online calendar; document notes and case files.
• Support safety planning during high-risk situations and crises.
• Collaborate with provider support, care navigation, and administrative teams.
