The position requires an active Iowa LISW license, a master’s degree in a relevant behavioral health field, full clinical licensure, and a private workspace with reliable internet.

• Active Iowa LISW license in good standing.
• Master’s degree in a relevant behavioral health field for LISW licensure.
• Full clinical licensure required; temporary/associate licenses are not eligible.
• Private workspace, stable internet, and professionalism during remote sessions.
