Job summary

Spring Health is seeking licensed therapists in Ohio to deliver psychotherapy within a tech-enabled, AI-assisted platform. You’ll provide care for adults with potential for families, couples, and adolescents, while meeting state supervision requirements.

The role supports a flexible schedule and remote or hybrid delivery across the United States, backed by a dedicated provider support team and LISW-S supervision.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work from a CSWE-accredited program.
• Active Ohio LISW-S supervision eligibility and engagement.
• Strong foundation in evidence-based modalities (CBT/DBT/EMDR/ACT/CPT).
• NPI number and malpractice insurance.
• Comfort with technology and virtual care platforms (Zoom, EHR).
• Ability to manage caseload, notes, and case files online.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychotherapy to adults via in-person, hybrid, or telehealth modalities.
• Operate with supervision and maintain required documentation per Ohio state requirements.
• Collaborate with support teams to ensure patient care continuity and outcomes.
• Maintain a dedicated office space with reliable internet for virtual sessions.
