Job summary

Spring Health is seeking qualified therapists to join our clinical team and deliver care via a tech-enabled, AI-supported platform. You will provide psychotherapy to adults with a flexible, remote schedule, supporting a broad range of clients nationwide and collaborating with our care navigation and provider support teams.

Applicants hold an active LSW license in Ohio, are eligible to practice under LISW-S supervision, and possess a CSWE-accredited MSW.

Qualifications

• Active LSW license in Ohio and eligible to practice psychotherapy under supervision with a LISW-S in Ohio.
• Master’s degree in social work from CSWE-accredited program.
• Training and experience in evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT, CPT.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychotherapy to adult clients via virtual therapy.
• Coordinate with provider support, care navigation, and administrative teams.
• Maintain accurate work-experience logs and complete quarterly reviews per supervision requirements.
• Set your own schedule and work remotely from anywhere in the US.
• Engage with clinically integrated AI tools while keeping human judgment central to care.
