Spring Health is seeking qualified therapists to join our clinical team and deliver care via a tech-enabled, AI-driven platform. Open to providing in-person or hybrid therapy across the United States, with Ohio supervision requirements and LISW-S alignment.

Applicants should hold an active LSW license in Ohio, have Malpractice Insurance, a CSWE-accredited MSW, and a NPI. You will work with an integrated care team and convenient supervision to support licensure progress.

Qualifications

• Evidence-based modalities used in practice: CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT, CPT.
• Ability to provide supervision under LISW-S and maintain required case logs.
• Comfort with technology, online calendar, and Zoom for therapy sessions.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychotherapy to adults within EAP and employer health plans.
• Maintain a calendar and complete session documentation in the EHR.
• Collaborate with provider support and care navigation teams for patient care.
• Engage in supervision, record keeping, and comply with Ohio supervision requirements.
• Deliver culturally competent care and uphold diversity and inclusion values.
