Job summary

Thriveworks is seeking licensed clinicians in Ohio to provide supervision and telehealth services under LISW-S. The role allows remote supervision across OH with one required in-person meeting, and includes a ramp stipend for clinicians with 30+ hours availability.

Qualifications

• Independent social worker licensed in Ohio with LISW-S or eligible for supervision designation.
• Willing to supervise residents and provide group and individual supervision.
• Must be able to meet in person once and supervise remotely within OH.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision to a minimum of six resident clinicians.
• Offer weekly group supervision and individual supervision for every 10 clinical hours.
• Maintain a clinical caseload of at least 10 hours per week for clients.
• Complete weekly supervision documentation and coaching records.
• Collaborate with Regional Clinical Director on performance matters.
