Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Active licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.
• Minimum of two years of professional counseling experience.
• Strong understanding of ethical standards governing counseling practices.
• Excellent communication and rapport-building with diverse clients.
• Ability to collaborate within a healthcare team.
• Proficient in using EMR systems and telehealth platforms.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapy plans for clients.
• Implement evidence-based modalities (CBT, DBT, psychodynamic, and solution-focused brief therapy) tailored to diverse clients.
• Facilitate therapy sessions for individuals, families, couples, and groups.
• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and training.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance client care.
