Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field required.
• Active and unrestricted LPC license in Texas required.
• Minimum 2 years of professional counseling experience in clinical or community settings.
• Proficient understanding of legal and ethical standards in mental healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to tailor treatment plans.
• Communicate with supervisors, healthcare professionals, and families on client progress.
• Develop appointment frameworks and home visits for monitoring and support.
• Complete documentation including monthly and quarterly progress notes.
• Collaborate in multidisciplinary team meetings to enhance treatment approaches.
• Deliver training sessions on program implementation and documentation practices.
• Conduct follow-up visits to monitor therapeutic progress.
• Advocate for mental health resources in the community.
