Job summary

United Supportive Mental Healthcare Solutions is seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) for a full-time, fully remote outpatient role. Sessions are conducted via telehealth, offering flexible scheduling while delivering quality mental health care.

The LPC will assess, plan, and implement individual, couples, family, and group therapies using CBT, DBT, and other modalities, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
• Active and unrestricted Texas LPC license.
• At least 2 years of counseling experience in outpatient settings.
• Understanding of ethical guidelines and legal requirements.
• Effective communication and rapport-building abilities.
• Proficiency with EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and create tailored treatment plans.
• Deliver individual, couples, family, and group counseling using CBT, DBT, and related modalities.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and social workers in a multidisciplinary team.
• Maintain confidential clinical records in compliance with regulations.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and learning.
