Qualifications

Master’s degree in Counseling from an accredited institution.
Current active Oregon LPC license and ability to practice independently.
Ability to work autonomously with a dynamic caseload and strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough and ethical individual mental health assessments via secure video conferencing tools.
Employ solution-focused treatment modalities tailored to each client’s needs, ensuring evidence-based practices are upheld.
Craft individualized treatment plans that resonate with clients' unique experiences, goals, and personal challenges.
Guide clients towards developing insights regarding their emotions, relationships, and behavioral patterns, fostering self-awareness and growth.
Monitor and document clients’ progress throughout their treatment journey, adjusting plans as necessary to ensure effective outcomes.
Support clients in cultivating healthy coping mechanisms and emotional resilience to face life's challenges.
