Job summary

Renewed Visions Counseling Solutions is seeking a dedicated Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our remote team in McAllen, Texas. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 60,000 to 90,000 annually, depending on experience and skill level.

You will provide individual, couples, and family therapy using evidence-based approaches, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and maintain compliant clinical records in a flexible remote environment focused on work-life

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.
• Minimum of two years direct counseling experience in clinical setting.
• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards governing counseling practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to enhance client care.
• Proficient in electronic medical record (EMR) systems and relevant software applications.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to formulate individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, families, and groups.
• Utilize CBT, DBT, psychodynamic, and solution-focused therapy techniques.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and other professionals to create care models.
• Maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with standards and ethics.
• Pursue ongoing professional development to stay current with research and practices.
