Job summary

Bridge to Wellness Counseling Solutions is seeking a licensed LPC to deliver remote, evidence-based mental health services in a full-time role serving diverse clients in Texas. You will assess, treat, and coordinate care across a multidisciplinary team while maintaining compliant client records and pursuing ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities include conducting assessments, applying CBT/DBT and other modalities, and supporting referrals.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or related field is required.
• Active and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas essential.
• Minimum of two years of clinical counseling experience, preferably in community health.
• Proficiency with EMR systems and documentation practices.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans with goals and strategies.
• Provide evidence-based therapies (CBT, DBT, psychodynamic, and brief approaches) to individuals and groups.
• Maintain accurate clinical records in line with ethical and legal standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and improve outcomes.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and training.
• Assist in client referrals and provide information on available resources.
