Rethink Mental Healthcare is seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) for a fully remote, full-time role. The position supports diverse clients across adults and youth with mental health challenges from Lakewood, NJ.

Compensation ranges from USD 90,000 to 100,000 with flexible schedules and ongoing professional development opportunities. Ideal candidates hold an active LPC license in the state, have minimum two years of counseling experience, and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling or related field required.
• Active LPC license in the state is essential.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and goals.
• Facilitate communication among supervisors, support staff, and family members.
• Develop tentative schedules for appointments, home visits, and observations.
• Coordinate home visits for direct observations to inform treatment.
• Implement and monitor treatment program plans aligned with goals.
• Participate in Interdisciplinary Team Meetings to discuss care.
• Document monthly and quarterly progress notes.
• Train and mentor staff on program implementation.
• Conduct follow-up visits and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Liaise with public mental health resources to advocate client needs.

Education
