• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field.
• Active, unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Arizona.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical counseling experience with diverse populations.
• Strong understanding of legal and ethical guidelines in mental health.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills; ability to establish rapport.
• Experience using EMR software to enhance service delivery.

Responsibilities
