Job summary

VentureCopilot is seeking an Operations Assistant to manage Limited Partner relationships, event logistics, and CRM data with precision. You will support the LP team by maintaining accurate records, logging interactions, and coordinating weekly event reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience managing CRM data and event logistics.
• Ability to coordinate multiple LPs and events simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong data accuracy and record-keeping.
• Comfort with async communication.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Familiarity with ClickUp preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain CRM (ClickUp) with accurate Limited Partner records.
• Log interaction histories and ensure continuity.
• Standardize data entry with naming conventions and tags.
• Document LP touchpoints with summaries and next steps.
• Conduct CRM hygiene reviews to catch gaps.
• Track LP email threads and outcomes across team.
• Centralize notes for quick access.
• Capture action items and ensure follow-ups.
• Flag urgent LP communications.
• Provide event registration tracking and weekly reporting.
• Coordinate Office Hours and provide technical support.
• Ensure meetings are documented and follow-ups captured.
