AngelList is seeking an LP Relations professional to manage day-to-day communications with investors in funds we administer. You will represent AngelList and collaborate across legal, tax, banking, sales, and product to resolve issues and deliver best-in-class service with accuracy and care.

You’ll handle high volumes, identify urgent items, and elevate with clear documentation. This role builds experience in how capital moves through funds and how our platform manages it.

Qualifications

• 0–1+ years of experience in a customer-facing role with operational responsibilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication adapting to institutional LPs and first-time investors.
• Ability to handle high-volume communications with accuracy and care, escalate when needed.

Responsibilities

• Be the first line for LP questions on fund economics, capital calls, wire and banking issues, distributions, subscription documents, K-1/tax questions, and fund reporting
• Be the expert on our investor platform and funds, especially non-standard cases
• Maintain response and service quality across high volume
• Flag urgent or sensitive issues and collaborate with legal, tax, banking, sales, and product teams
• Identify recurring investor issues and translate into product feedback; prototype fixes with AI/tools
• Turn repetitive work into scalable workflows and automations
• Support relationship management with key customers
