• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• At least 1 year of retail or wholesale sales experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel; PowerPoint experience is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to adjust communication style for a variety of audiences.
• Strong planning, organization, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage territory responsibilities autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily route coverage within an assigned territory.
• Manage and optimize product inventory, displays, and in-store presentation.
• Adjust inventory via transfers or returns based on retailer needs and performance.
• Support the development and execution of sales plans to drive district-level growth.
• Ensure product availability meets retailer and customer demand at all points of distribution.
• Actively recruit new retailers to expand market presence and increase sales.
• Review sales performance and key metrics with retailers on a regular basis.
• Communicate and implement sales initiatives and best practices.
