Job summary

Brightstar Lottery is seeking a Territory Sales Specialist to visit retailers, train staff, and drive product sales in Boone, Lincoln, and parts of Kanawha counties in WV. You will analyze sales data, manage ticket inventory, and coordinate in-store events to grow revenue.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills. Travel is required; a valid driver’s license and ability to lift 25lbs are necessary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Customer service, marketing and/or sales experience preferred.
• Strong decision making and organization skills expected.

Responsibilities

• Execute retailer visits in assigned territory on a set schedule.
• Facilitate on-site training with retailer staff and managers.
• Generate and present sales data to grow product sales.
• Manage instant ticket equipment and related systems at retailers.
• Monitor inventory and advise on planogram compliance and returns.
• Coordinate in-store events and promotional activities to boost sales.
• Serve as liaison between company, customer officials and retailers.
• Educate retailers on marketing and sales best practices.
