Qualifications

• 3–5 years of mortgage servicing experience with significant customer-facing phone experience.
• Strong knowledge of mortgage servicing terms and loss mitigation concepts.
• Ability to review loan documents and explain payoff options clearly.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between Guild Mortgage and borrowers during loss mitigation.
• Guide customers through loss mitigation and foreclosure prevention programs.
• Explain and communicate loan modification documents and trial payment plans.
• Identify required documentation and inform borrowers of missing items.
• Maintain accurate records in servicing systems and support compliance.
• Provide empathetic customer service and timely follow-ups.
