Regional Reporting, Inc. is seeking an Insurance Loss Control Consultant to perform commercial insurance inspections and complete underwriting reports. This role involves driving to sites, taking photos, observing facilities, and documenting findings on the company’s online system.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 years’ experience with Loss Control providers or major insurance carriers.
• Comprehensive understanding of commercial insurance lines (Property, General Liability, Inland Marine).
• Ability to identify building construction and ISO classes.
• Broad understanding of NFPA codes.
• Strong writing and organizational skills.
• Ability to work from home with PC, internet, and cell phone.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to climb a ladder up to 6 feet.

Aufgaben

• Record onsite observations, measurements, and photos per carrier requirements.
• Identify building construction type, square footage, and hazards.
• Complete assignments/reports on time.
• Communicate with Field Manager to complete inspections efficiently.
• Coordinate inspection meetings with insured representatives onsite.
• Prepare and report inspection results, upload photos, and create diagrams.
• Travel to insured locations; overnight travel may be required.
