Ladders is seeking a Long Term Care Account Specialist for a remote, US-based role with a leadership client in Pharmaceuticals & Biotech. The position focuses on advancing product adoption in long term care through education, strategic execution, and strong stakeholder engagement.

You will collaborate with healthcare providers and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, remove barriers, and drive growth in a complex account landscape, adhering to regulatory guidelines and sales

Qualifications

• 4+ years in commercial pharma or biotech
• 3+ years in specialty pharmaceutical or long term care sales
• Master's in science or related field preferred

Responsibilities

• Drive product acceptance and growth through education and strategy execution
• Implement territory sales strategies to meet or exceed objectives
• Identify territory-specific opportunities and barriers to success
• Maintain relationships with healthcare providers and key stakeholders
• Collaborate with internal partners across functions
• Uphold FDA guidelines and industry practices
• Manage full field presence with evening/weekend events
