Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in operational transportation solutions with continuous improvement.
• Experience with large retail accounts is a plus.
• Experience using TMS is required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of accountability for assigned customer relationships with weekly updates.
• Own account strategy, lead quarterly business reviews, and develop long-term relationship plans.
• Monitor operational and financial metrics to align service with objectives.
• Analyze transportation data to identify risks and opportunities for retention.
• Oversee account projects, communicate ROI, and demonstrate value of logistics solutions.
• Collaborate with Operations to resolve recurring service and billing issues.
• Escalate critical concerns and coordinate resolution with leadership.
• Work with cross-functional teams to optimize account operations and delivery.
