Job summary

Jobgether SRL in the United States is seeking a Transload Transportation Coordinator to manage transload and final-mile shipments from origin to delivery.

You will work with customers, warehouses, carriers, and internal teams to monitor movements, resolve issues quickly, and keep milestones updated in fast-paced environments. This fully remote role rewards ownership and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience coordinating transload or drayage movements.
• Experience with ocean container transload activities preferred.
• Experience in a CFS warehouse environment is a plus.
• Fluency with international freight concepts and logistics processes beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day transportation coordination for transload and final mile.
• Coordinate transload, drayage, container, and FTL movements from dispatch to delivery.
• Monitor container and FTL activity to keep shipments on schedule.
• Coordinate with warehouses to monitor transload details and meet customer requirements.
• Dispatch containers and provide release information to carriers on time.
• Schedule delivery appointments around customer deadlines and ops needs.
• Track milestones and maintain accurate shipment data in systems.
• Identify and resolve delivery exceptions with proactive communication.
• Collaborate with carriers, warehouses, customers and internal teams.
• Maintain documentation and records for transportation processes.
• Prioritize multiple shipments and tasks while preserving service quality.
