Job summary

Redwood Logistics LLC is seeking a Director of Service Delivery to lead a portfolio of customer-facing teams within Managed Services, aligning account management, client logistics, and operational execution to meet commitments.

You will turn customer goals and performance data into action, develop leaders, and drive measurable improvements in service quality, cost, and satisfaction while shaping scalable SOPs and executive reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, operations management, or a related field.
• Experience leading customer-facing teams across multiple accounts, modes, sites, or operating processes.
• Working knowledge of TMS workflows and KPI/SLA management.
• Ability to analyze operational and financial data and translate into priorities and plans.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and BI/reporting tools; travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Service Delivery managers and teams responsible for strategic and complex customer accounts.
• Translate customer objectives and commitments into clear account plans and team routines.
• Oversee day-to-day service delivery across account management and client logistics with strong escalation ownership.
• Monitor customer health, KPIs, and financial indicators to identify risks and opportunities.
• Serve as a senior escalation leader, coordinating root-cause analysis and follow-through across Redwood teams.
• Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders and participate in executive governance meetings.
• Standardize SOPs, reporting, governance, and best practices for scalable delivery.
• Partner with Operations, Carrier Management, Finance, Product, and Technology to resolve issues.
