Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Senior Logistics Manager to lead the Distribution Center and oversee turnkey warehousing and transportation solutions. You will maintain direct, regular contact with customers and drive continuous improvement within the operation.

The role is remote with a Monday–Friday schedule; compensation ranges from $75,000 to $85,000 annually, plus benefits and PTO. Strong data-analysis and cross-team collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong problem solving and leadership abilities.

• Background in logistics, supply chain or distribution required.
• Proven ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Interface directly with the customer to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction.
• Strategic operational planning and execution for the operation.
• Lead continuous improvement and LEAN initiatives across the team.
• Hire, supervise, and develop employees; maintain positive relations.
• Communicate across groups; review data and take necessary actions.
• Possibly manage profit and loss statements based on scope.
