Qualifications

• H.S. diploma/GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics or Supply Chain preferred.
• Master's degree in related field preferred.
• Five (5) years or more relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse or related field required.
• Five (5) years or more managing, leading and developing direct reports required.
• Three (3) years or more Profit & Loss responsibility preferred.
• One (1) year or more customer interaction preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interface directly with the customer to ensure issues are resolved promptly and customer satisfaction remains high.
• Strategic operational planning and execution for the operation.
• Identify and solve operational issues with LEAN initiatives to strengthen team productivity and results.
• Hire, supervise, develop and manage performance for employees at assigned accounts.
• Maintain open and effective communications within the work groups and with other teams.
• Review data and implement necessary actions as required.
• Lead safety programs and enforce safety management plans.
