Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Senior Logistics Manager to provide leadership for the Distribution Center and oversee turn‑key warehousing and transportation solutions. You will maintain direct customer interface on a regular basis to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction.

The role requires strategic planning, experience across multiple teams, and the ability to drive continuous improvement and LEAN initiatives while managing performance and safety within the operation.

Qualifications

• Experience analyzing data and trends; OEM experience preferred.
• Ability to work across multiple teams and drive continuous improvement.
• LEAN initiatives to strengthen team unity, goals, productivity and results.

Responsibilities

• Interface with the customer to resolve issues and maintain satisfaction.
• Strategic operational planning and execution for the operation.
• Lead safety programs and ensure compliance with company policy.
• Hire, supervise and develop staff; manage performance and relations.
• Monitor data and take action to improve profitability and efficiency.
