Cabaletta Bio is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage the coordination, tracking, and communication of patient materials and finished products across the cell and gene therapy supply chain. You will serve as a central contact between treatment centers, manufacturing sites, couriers, depots, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely movement of materials and adherence to regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating domestic and international shipments in pharma or biotech.
• Familiarity with GDP, GMP, IATA and regulatory requirements is a plus.
• Strong communication with treatment centers, manufacturing, and couriers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate domestic and international transportation bookings for patient materials and products.
• Monitor shipments end-to-end, ensure temperature control and security.
• Maintain shipment records and provide status reports to stakeholders.
• Support deviations investigations and process improvements.
