Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics seeks a Logistics Coordinator to manage end-to-end shipment of patient and manufacturing materials within cell and gene therapy supply chains.

You will book domestic and international shipments, monitor status, handle temperature control, and ensure GMP/GDP/IATA compliance while collaborating with treatment centers, manufacturing sites, and couriers.

This role offers remote work from Philadelphia area with occasional collaboration on-site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, logistics, or related field.
• At least 3 years in healthcare, biopharma, or clinical trial logistics.
• Experience with transportation management systems and international shipping.
• Knowledge of temperature-controlled logistics and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Book domestic and international shipments and monitor transit status.
• Troubleshoot delays or temperature excursions; maintain documentation per standards.
• Communicate with treatment centers, manufacturing sites, couriers, and internal teams.
• Participate in process improvements and regulatory adherence.
