Job summary

Cabaletta Bio, a clinical-stage biotechnology company, is seeking a Manager for Global Supply Planning. This role supports supply planning activities for cell and gene therapy, including manufacturing at external development organizations and internal production.

The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years of relevant supply chain experience, a degree in Engineering or Business, and familiarity with ERP systems like NetSuite. Competitive benefits and stock-option plans are offered.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of supply chain experience with a strong focus on supply planning.
• Relevant experience in autologous cell & gene therapy is ideal.
• APICS or similar certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete the monthly supply planning cycle, including crafting and updating plans.
• Conduct replenishment planning at external partners in support of manufacturing.
• Prepare supply planning input for the monthly S&OP cycle and budget cycle.
