lnXpress Global Ltd, a top-tier 3PL, seeks a dynamic sales professional to drive growth across our shipping platform and expand our national footprint. You will engage executives, collaborate with operations, and present cost-benefit analyses to win new business and enhance client value.

You’ll leverage carrier partnerships, top-tier training, and a performance-driven culture to meet quotas, with a remote/field role and competitive pay structure including uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• Sales experience or internship preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma required.
• Strong negotiation and objection handling.
• Coachable, independent, adaptable to change.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment with a strong work ethic.
• Team-oriented with a competitive drive.
• Excellent listening and client communications.
• Ability to leverage carrier partnerships to tailor solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead presentations with executives/owners of businesses with frequent shipping volume.
• Collaborate with operations and account management for optimal customer satisfaction.
• Present cost-benefit analyses to show value.
• Develop customized solutions for challenging lanes and needs.
• Coordinate and manage the full proposal process.
• Close deals and train decision makers on the shipping platform.
• Manage multiple accounts and maintain high retention and satisfaction.
• Meet monthly quotas and drive new business development.
• Develop campaigns to reach new clients and retain existing customers.
• Update service packages and account details as necessary.
